Winter Program with
March Break Camp
8 – 14 Winter 2017: 
March 5, 2:00-5:00 and March 13-17, 9:30-4:00 
  • The Winter Musical Theatre Program is divided into three categories: Regular, Apprenticeship, and Senior Apprenticeship.
  • The Regular Winter Program is designed to give training in Voice (speech & singing), Movement & Body Awareness, Improvisation, and Character Development through the rehearsing, and performance of solo and ensemble musical theatre numbers and is open to students who wish to learn voice and drama skills in a fun environment.
  • NEW this year: camp students will perform at Echoes of Winter, a fundraiser for C.H.E.O.
  • This is a non-auditioned program, previous experience is not necessary.
  • $215 with a maximum of 15 students. Supplies included.

Apprenticeship Camp
14 – 17 Winter 2017:

  • The Winter Musical Theatre Program is divided into three categories: Regular, Apprenticeship, and Senior Apprenticeship.
  • The Winter Apprenticeship Program  is open to students ages 14-17 who have Leadership Experience, who have had previous training and experience in one or more of the three musical theatre disciplines, and who wish to further develop both their Leadership and Musical Theatre skills. Experience in the backstage arts would be an asset.
  • It is designed to give further training in Leadership Skills, Voice (speech & singing), Movement & Body Awareness, Improvisation, and Character Development through the rehearsing, and performance of solo and ensemble musical theatre numbers.
  • NEW this year: camp students will perform at Echoes of Winter, a fundraiser for C.H.E.O.
  • Students who are mature, responsible, creative, enthusiastic, and show initiative will be accepted in this position.
  • Application Forms of interested students should be received by the studio no later then December 15. Students who meet the requirements will be asked to come in for an audition/interview.
  • $95 with a maximum of 4 students. Supplies included. Students will receive 20 volunteer hours towards High School requirements and a written evaluation as apart of this program.

Senior March Break Apprenticeship Camp
16 – 17 Winter 2017:

  • This is a volunteer/paid position with a maximum of 1 student.  Supplies included.  Students receive a $50 honorarium, plus 35 volunteer hours towards High School requirements, and a written evaluation as apart of this program.

  • The Summer Musical Theatre Program is divided into four categories: Junior, Regular, Apprenticeship, and Senior Apprenticeship.
  • The Regular Summer Program is a non-auditioned program open to any student ages 10-15 who wishes learn voice, drama, dance, and playwrighting skills in a fun environment. Previous experience in any of these areas is welcome, but not necessary.
  • It is designed to give training in Voice (speech & singing), Movement & Body Awareness, Improvisation, Character Development & Script Work, Audition Techniques, Playwrighting, and The Art of Props, Sets and Costumes through the planning, rehearsing, and performance of a musical, and the writing of a new musical.
  • $525 with a maximum of 14 students. Supplies included.

  • $260 with a maximum of 5 students. Supplies included. Students will receive 40 volunteer hours towards High School requirements and a written evaluation as apart of this program.

If accepted into this program, students are required to provide the Studio with a Police Record Check by June 1.
  • This is a volunteer/paid position with a maximum of 2 students.  Supplies included.  Students receive a $100 honorarium, plus 105-110 volunteer hours towards High School requirements, and a written evaluation as apart of this program.

Summer Music Camp 6 – 14 Summer 2016: TBA
  • The Summer Music Camp is for students ages 6-14, and will teach children basic music skills though singing and various instruments.
  • Students will receive a both small group and private instruction and give a concert on the final day of camp.
  • $115 with a maximum of 12 students. Supplies included.

Music & Art Camp 7 – 14 Summer 2016: TBA
  • The Music and Art Camp is for students ages 7-14, and will teach children basic art techniques through various media and basic music skills though various instruments.
  • Students will receive a minimum of 2 private lessons during the week, complete an art project each day, and give a concert on the final day of camp.
  • $200 with a maximum of 12 students. Supplies included.
